Halo is the first product of an entirely new class of crop production technology. Halo utilises the naturally occurring Harpin Alpha Beta protein, a powerful new plant technology that on application sends a signal throughout the plant, initiating a sequence of physiological and biochemical reactions that activate plant growth and stress-defence pathways. The result is a healthier more productive crop. Both laboratory and field studies have shown that Halo treated plants exhibit accelerated growth, early flowering, early fruit sets, and increased fruit sets. These observed effects on growth development can lead to increased yields and shortened time to harvest.
